Tabatha L. Castro

Tabatha L. Castro is a highly experienced attorney and the President and Managing Attorney of The Castro Firm, Inc. With more than 22 years of legal practice, she represents clients in several important areas of law, including family law and divorces, personal injury, workers’ compensation, business law, wills and probate, and mediations. Through her leadership at the firm, she helps individuals and businesses address complex legal matters with confidence. Her work focuses on providing clear legal guidance, protecting client rights, and helping clients resolve disputes effectively.

Ms. Castro earned her B.A. in Legal Studies and Latin American Studies from the University at Buffalo. She later obtained her M.S. in Criminal Justice from Buffalo State University, expanding her understanding of legal systems and criminal law. She then pursued her legal education at Widener University School of Law (now Delaware Law School), where she earned her J.D. While in law school, she served on the Moot Court Honor Society Executive Board and founded the Latin American Law Student Association, becoming its first President.

Ms. Castro has worked with several respected law firms, building strong experience in litigation and legal advocacy throughout her career. She began her legal practice with Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya and later worked with the regional defense firm Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin. During this time, she focused on insurance defense and developed strong skills in case strategy, negotiation, and courtroom representation. Her work has helped many clients resolve legal disputes while protecting their rights and interests.

Tabatha L. Castro later joined Rapposelli, Castro & Conzales and eventually became the President and Managing Attorney of The Castro Firm, Inc. In this leadership role, she guides legal teams and ensures that clients receive thorough and effective representation. Since 2006, the firm has served individuals and businesses in multiple states, providing clear legal guidance and practical solutions. Her commitment to strong advocacy and professional integrity continues to help clients navigate challenging legal issues with confidence.
