T. Wray McCurdy

Wray McCurdy is a founding attorney in Essex, Maryland, who focuses on criminal defense. Mr. McCurdy began his career as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore County before working with established Baltimore law practices. His practice later focused almost entirely on criminal litigation, allowing him to help clients respond to serious allegations and work toward acquittals, reduced consequences, or other practical resolutions.

Wray McCurdy has served the legal community through the Baltimore County Bar Association, including work on its Executive Council and service as president beginning in 2015. He also served on the Maryland State Bar Association Board of Governors from 2015 to 2018 and chaired the Board of Trustees for the Maryland Public Defender System from 2005 to 2012.
