Max Frizalone

Max Frizalone is a Maryland criminal defense attorney who represents clients facing serious criminal charges in District and Circuit Courts across the state. His practice includes DUI, armed felonies, gun charges, drug cases, domestic violence matters, theft, assault, and other misdemeanor and felony offenses. He brings experience from both prosecution and defense work, helping clients address criminal allegations with careful preparation and practical case strategy.

Max earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. He also received a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences from the University of Miami. His legal education provided a strong foundation in advocacy, legal analysis, and courtroom preparation. This background supports his ability to evaluate evidence, challenge criminal charges, and guide clients through the legal process with clear and focused representation.

Max has represented hundreds of individuals charged with serious offenses throughout Maryland. Before entering private defense practice, he served as a senior trial attorney in the Juvenile Division of the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he handled violent felony cases from investigation through verdict. He also served as a staff attorney with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender, representing clients in contested criminal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
