T. David Hasbrook

David Hasbrook is an attorney whose practice focuses on representing people injured as a result of negligence. His work includes personal injury, insurance law, and civil litigation in state and federal courts. He helps clients seek recovery for losses and damages with steady guidance and strong legal experience.

David attended the University of Oklahoma, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology in 1975. He then earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1978. These degrees prepared him for a legal career that has included military service, trial work, and civil litigation.

David served for over four years on active duty with the United States Army as a lawyer in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. During that time, he gained valuable trial experience. After leaving active duty in 1982, he continued to serve in the United States Army Reserve until 2006.

David is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state courts. He is also admitted before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. His cases involve both state and federal courts.

David has been a member of several legal groups, including the American Trial Lawyers Association, Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, and Oklahoma Association for Justice. His legal experience also includes business litigation for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in Oklahoma City.

David Hasbrook has focused much of his recent practice on personal injury and insurance law. Although his experience includes all aspects of civil litigation, he found a strong purpose in helping injured people recover from their losses. His career reflects trial experience, legal skill, and dedicated client service.
