Amy Hampton is an experienced attorney whose practice centers on insurance litigation and complex civil disputes. With more than two decades of legal experience, she has represented clients in a wide range of matters involving insurance-related claims and litigation. Her work is known for careful analysis, strong advocacy, and a commitment to helping clients navigate challenging legal issues with confidence and clarity.

Amy earned her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2004. During law school, she played an active role in legal scholarship, serving as both Articles Editor and Senior Articles Editor for the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law. Her academic work included a candidacy paper titled “Population Control in China: Sacrificing Human Rights for the Greater Good?” which was selected for publication in 11 Tulsa J. Comp. & Int’l L. 321.

Amy began her legal career as a law clerk for Judge James J. Morley of the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Division. That early experience provided valuable insight into judicial decision-making and legal procedure. Over the years, she has built a substantial practice focused on insurance matters, developing knowledge across many areas of litigation and dispute resolution.

Amy handles insurance bad faith litigation, coverage disputes, coverage opinions, and declaratory judgment actions. Her practice also includes first-party insurance, third-party insurance, commercial general liability insurance, and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. In addition, she represents clients in lawsuits involving motor vehicle collisions, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims, helping them address complex legal and factual issues.

Amy is admitted through affiliations and court admissions that include the Oklahoma Bar Association, Tulsa County Bar Association, United States Supreme Court, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. She was listed as a Rising Star in Oklahoma Super Lawyers Magazine from 2011 to 2015 and maintains a “Preeminent AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell for the highest level of professional excellence and ethics.
