Suzy A. Reingold

Suzy A. Reingold is a real estate consultant and attorney with more than four decades of industry leadership. Her work focuses on dispute resolution, real estate consulting, expert witness services, business strategy, recruiting, and career development. Suzy helps companies strengthen operations, resolve complex issues, and build effective teams. Her consulting practice is known for practical guidance, strong business insight, and proven results for firms in competitive real estate markets.

Suzy earned her B.A. from the University of Miami School of Arts & Sciences and her J.D. from New York University School of Law. Before transitioning fully into consulting, she practiced law in the real estate group at Schulte Roth & Zabel, where she became the firm’s first female partner. Her legal background continues to support her work as an advisor, particularly in leasing matters, corporate governance, and conflict resolution.

Before launching her consulting practice in 2014, Suzy held senior leadership roles at major real estate firms. She served as Chief Operating Officer for the New York Tri-State Region at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing more than 350 professionals and leading business development, training, and recruiting. She also served as Senior Managing Director at CBRE and held executive leasing roles at The Related Companies and The Mendik Company.

Suzy A. Reingold continues to support the real estate community through board service, committee leadership, and mentoring programs. She is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Commercial Leasing Institute at Georgetown Law. Widely recognized for her contributions, she has received multiple awards for service, leadership, and professional education.
