Susan Stubson

Susan Stubson is of counsel at Crowley Fleck Law’s Casper office and a member of the firm’s Employment and Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She brings decades of legal insight to complex matters involving labor and employment law. Her practice spans workplace discrimination, harassment claims, employment contract litigation, workers’ compensation, and structured settlements. Known for her thorough and strategic approach, Susan regularly leads workplace investigations and advises clients on risk management and regulatory compliance.

Susan earned her J.D. from the University of Wyoming (1998), a Master of Performance & Literature from the Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester, and a B.M. from the University of Colorado.

Susan is a trusted employment law and litigation attorney with a proven record of results for employers across diverse industries. She delivers practical, business-focused legal guidance and strong advocacy in both courtroom and administrative proceedings. Susan is admitted to practice in Wyoming, the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Beyond her private practice, Susan maintains a robust pro bono caseload. She assists individuals with felony expungements, adoptions, and immigration issues, contributing her legal expertise to meaningful causes. Her dedication to ethics and professionalism is reflected in her service on the Wyoming State Bar’s Fee Arbitration Panel, the Board of Professional Responsibility, and the Wyoming Supreme Court Judicial Ethics Advisory Committee.

Susan Stubson also engages deeply in civic leadership, having served as legal counsel or board member for numerous Wyoming organizations, including the Casper Chamber of Commerce, Wyoming Community Foundation, and Wyoming Arts Council. Appointed to the Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund, she currently serves as its chair. She also sits on the board of WyoFile and speaks regularly on legal and public interest topics.
