Brett Davis

Brett Davis is a seasoned trial attorney and founding partner of Davis George LLC in Kansas City, Missouri. With over three decades of experience, Mr. Davis focuses on personal injury and employment litigation. He represents individuals who have been seriously injured or treated unfairly in the workplace. His cases include auto accidents, trucking collisions, slip-and-fall incidents, workplace injuries, discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination.

Brett Davis earned his B.A. in social sciences from Emporia (Kansas) State University and his J.D. with honors from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law.

Mr. Davis started his legal career at a major defense firm representing corporations and insurance companies. That experience gave him valuable insight into how such cases are defended. Today, he uses that knowledge to fight for injured people and employees who have been wronged. Before founding Davis George LLC, he was a partner at a respected plaintiff’s law firm, where he focused on advocating for individuals, not corporations.
