Stuart M. Feldheim

Stuart M. Feldheim is the principal and founding partner of Feldheim & Wilenkin, P.C. and has built a litigation practice around serious personal injury claims. Feldheim handles matters involving medical malpractice, automobile, truck and motorcycle accidents, construction-site injuries, electrocutions, product liability, pharmaceutical negligence, and premises liability. His practice is devoted to litigation and includes trial work in state and federal courts for people injured through negligence, unsafe products, dangerous worksites, and other harmful conduct.

Feldheim earned a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1976 and a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati in 1973. He began his career in Ohio handling personal injury matters including auto accidents, medical malpractice, construction injuries, and workers’ compensation. After moving to Michigan, he continued litigating product liability, auto, premises liability, medical malpractice, construction, and other injury cases, developing decades of courtroom experience across several types of negligence claims.

Feldheim has represented thousands of injured claimants and has obtained numerous seven-figure verdicts and settlements. His reported results include wrongful death matters, medical malpractice claims, construction-site injuries, automobile cases, electrocution cases, and product liability litigation. He is licensed in Michigan and Ohio and before federal courts, the Sixth Circuit, and the US Supreme Court. He also serves on the Wayne County Case Evaluation Tribunal for medical malpractice and general personal injury matters.

Stuart M. Feldheim is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the State Bar of Michigan Negligence Section. Feldheim has lectured on product liability law and continues to maintain a trial-focused personal injury practice.
