Alexander J. Buckley

Alexander J. Buckley is a litigation attorney at Womble Bond Dickinson who practices in Charlotte, North Carolina. His work involves state and federal court disputes, including mass torts, product liability, construction defects, business litigation, and personal injury claims. He is a member of the firm’s Mass Torts Practice Group and has experience with multidistrict litigation, class actions, and wrongful death matters. Alexander received a B.A. from Brown University, where he studied Modern American History and captained the varsity lacrosse team. He later earned a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and participated in the Mock Trial Honor Society. He also helped the Haudenosaunee Nationals Lacrosse program challenge exclusion from an international competition and obtain a reversal allowing its teams to participate in the 2022 World Games. Alexander J. Buckley maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing domestic violence survivors in North Carolina courts through Safe Alliance. He was recognized by Safe Alliance in 2023 and joined the North Carolina Pro Bono Honor Society that year. He also serves as counsel to the Haudenosaunee Nationals Lacrosse Team.
