Stuart Cearley is a seasoned Arkansas attorney with more than 25 years of experience in the state’s legal system. Over the course of his career, he has participated in more than 120 jury trials and worked alongside over 25 judges. His background includes serving as Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in both Benton and Lonoke Counties, where he supervised a team of more than 20 legal professionals. As a Certified Death Penalty Lawyer, he handled complex and high-stakes criminal matters with diligence and resolve.

Stuart earned his Bachelor’s Degree, University of Arkansas, building a strong academic foundation for his legal career. He then pursued his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas, where he developed the legal knowledge and courtroom skills that would shape his future practice. His education provided both the theoretical understanding and practical preparation necessary to navigate serious criminal and family law matters.

Stuart focuses his practice on criminal defense and family law. In criminal cases, he represents clients facing charges such as DWI / DUI Defense, Drug Crimes, Violent Crimes, White Collar Crimes & Fraud, Juvenile Crimes, Murder & Homicide, and Probation and Parole Violations. His family law experience includes Divorce, Custody & Visitation, Child Support, Adoption, Paternity, Annulment, and Pre-Nuptial Agreement matters. Having tried nearly every type of criminal case, he understands both prosecution strategies and defense tactics.
