Steven John Moser, Esq., is the managing partner and founder of the Moser Law Firm, P.C. He focuses his practice on representing employees in wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination matters, and class or collective action lawsuits. Known for his commitment to protecting workers’ rights, he has built a strong reputation for taking on large corporations and securing results that create meaningful change. His work has been featured multiple times in the New York Law Journal, highlighting the impact of his advocacy.

Mr. Moser holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Hofstra University. His strong academic foundation supports the detailed financial and statutory analyses required in complex employment cases, allowing him to build clear, compelling arguments for his clients.

Mr. Moser has helped employees throughout his career challenge unfair practices at both the state and federal levels. He has litigated and won significant cases involving major companies such as Capital One, TD Bank, Walmart, and Garda CL Atlantic, Inc. In Lico v. TD Bank, he became the first attorney in the nation to secure a decision affirming a breastfeeding mother’s private right of action under § 207(r) of the FLSA. In Scott v. Whole Foods, he achieved a landmark ruling holding that New York employers who delay paying manual workers may owe double the unpaid wages under state law. These victories not only helped the individuals involved but also strengthened workplace protections for employees across the state.

Steven John Moser is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and Eastern District of Michigan, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and all New York State courts. He is an active member of the Federal Bar Association (EDNY Chapter), National Employment Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association. He also speaks Spanish, allowing him to assist a broader range of clients seeking justice in the workplace.
