Cary Kletter is a highly experienced trial attorney known for handling complex matters in employment law, business litigation, civil rights, real estate, and ERISA. Mr. Kletter graduated from Brandeis University and went on to complete a J.D. at Hofstra Law School. He also took additional classes at Harvard University to deepen his understanding of the law. His educational path helped him build a solid foundation for the wide-ranging, complex work he handles today.

Mr. Kletter has represented more than 10,000 litigants throughout his career across California courts and arbitration forums. His background includes serving as an attorney with Rosenberg & Estis, a respected Manhattan law firm, before relocating to California in 2000. He has since represented corporate executives, business entities, non-profits, public agencies, and classes of individuals. His extensive alternative dispute resolution experience includes handling mediations and other ADR processes that help clients resolve matters more efficiently. Licensed in both California and New York, he also appears before multiple federal district courts, giving clients broad access to representation across jurisdictions.

Cary Kletter has been recognized for his work with more than twenty professional awards. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been honored by the AIDS Legal Referral Panel as Attorney of the Year. He has also gotten commendations from the California Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives for his service.
