Steven J. Cohen is a highly experienced attorney with more than 30 years of legal practice, specializing in bankruptcy and insolvency law. Steven completed his legal education at Michigan State University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor degree. His academic training provided a strong foundation in financial law and insolvency principles, preparing him to handle complex bankruptcy proceedings and creditor-debtor matters in Michigan courts.

Steven has spent the last 26 years concentrating on Bankruptcy and Insolvency law. His practice includes representation in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Sub-Chapter V Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 cases. He also handles out-of-court workouts, business wind-downs, asset liquidations, and related insolvency matters.
