Steven H. Osber is a senior partner at Conrad & Scherer’s Fort Lauderdale office and has over 25 years of legal experience. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Albany in 1989 and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law School in 1996. Steven has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1996. He is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Steven’s legal career focuses on commercial and business litigation, where he handles cases such as partnership and shareholder disputes, business evictions, real estate conflicts, employment law issues, and construction litigation. He has represented clients in complex legal matters, including high-profile cases involving corporations. Steven has tried more than 100 cases in both state and federal courts, including jury and non-jury trials, and has significant experience in binding arbitration. He is also skilled in appellate cases, where he has prepared briefs and successfully argued before appellate courts in Florida.
