Steven E. Hall

Steven E. Hall is a Michigan attorney who has practiced law since 1978 and is a shareholder at Tilchin & Hall PC. His practice focuses on real estate law, including condominium and homeowner association matters, as well as business law, estate planning, and probate for individuals and organizations statewide.

Steven earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction from the University of Michigan in 1973. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School in 1977, where he served on the Law Review Board. He later completed a Master of Laws in Taxation from Wayne State University Law School in 1990.

Steven advises clients on a wide range of real estate and property-related matters, including governance issues, transactions, and long-term planning. His experience also allows him to guide business owners and families through estate planning and probate with careful attention to legal and financial considerations.

Steven has been actively involved in legal education and professional leadership throughout his career. He has lectured on real estate issues for Wayne State University, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the Western Wayne Oakland County Board of Realtors, and has contributed to programs for the Community Association Institute.

Steven E. Hall has also served as past president of the Oakland County Bar Association Real Estate Committee and spent more than twenty years on the advisory committee for The Salvation Army Pontiac Corps.
