Steven Blair

Steven Blair is a personal injury attorney who represents individuals injured in accidents and other negligence-related incidents. His practice focuses on cases involving automobile accidents, slip and fall injuries, workers’ compensation claims, and wrongful death matters. Blair earned his J.D. from the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, Massachusetts. He also holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts–Lowell. His academic background provided a strong foundation in litigation, legal analysis, and the justice system. This education supports his work representing clients in complex personal injury cases that require thorough investigation and strategic legal advocacy.

Before entering legal practice, Blair spent more than a decade working in the insurance claims industry. During that time, he gained extensive knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate and process injury claims. After completing law school, he continued working in the insurance field before transitioning to representing injured individuals. His experience on both sides of the claims process helps him understand the strategies used in insurance negotiations and litigation.

Steven Blair represents clients in a variety of personal injury matters, including automobile and motorcycle accidents, dog bite injuries, construction accidents, and product liability claims. He also assists individuals pursuing workers’ compensation benefits and claims involving medical malpractice or pharmacy errors. Licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, he represents clients in state courts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
