Steven B. Loeb is a Baton Rouge construction attorney and partner who represents owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, sureties, and design professionals. His practice focuses on building and heavy construction, architect and engineer professional liability, public bid law, disability access requirements, mediation, and arbitration. He also handles complex insurance and surety claims connected to construction projects. His work helps clients assess contracts, manage project risks, and resolve disputes through negotiation or litigation.
Loeb earned his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans in 1989. He received a B.A. in Political Science in 1978, a B.A. in Architecture in 1982, and an M.Arch. in 2004 from Tulane University. His combined legal and architectural education supports analysis of technical plans, construction contracts, professional standards, and accessibility requirements.
