Steve Walden is a board-certified family law attorney and partner with extensive experience representing clients in Texas and Florida. Practicing from offices in Killeen and Orlando, he focuses on family law and personal injury cases, achieving favorable results for clients across both states. Known for his strong advocacy and client-centered approach, Steve provides trusted legal guidance to individuals and families navigating difficult life transitions.
Steve earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. Before entering private practice, he served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army and as a Judge Advocate General (JAG). He also worked as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney from 2000 to 2001, gaining invaluable courtroom and litigation experience that continues to benefit his clients today.
Steve’s practice includes family law, personal injury, criminal defense, and military law. He represents clients in divorce, child custody, property division, and complex family litigation, as well as personal injury cases involving negligence and wrongful conduct. His board certification in family law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization underscores his advanced expertise and commitment to professional excellence.
An active member of multiple professional organizations, Steve Walden belongs to the State Bars of Texas, Florida, and Georgia, as well as several local bar associations.
