He has also served as a court-appointed receiver for the Oklahoma Department of Securities and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in multiple Ponzi scheme cases, bringing steady judgment to difficult financial disputes and proceedings.
Stephen is admitted in Oklahoma, the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. His memberships include the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the Academy of Court-Appointed Masters.
