Stephen Gindling

Stephen Gindling is a skilled attorney with over 20 years of experience helping people through financial difficulties. Since 2001, he has guided thousands of individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. He brings strong courtroom knowledge and clear legal strategies to every case, focusing on debt relief and financial stability.

Stephen began his education at Williams College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991. He later received his Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2001. His academic background helped him develop a strong foundation in law, writing, and analysis that supports his legal work to this day.

Stephen focuses on bankruptcy law, especially in areas involving litigation. He handles issues such as claim validity, valuation disputes, and nondischargeability. These matters often require careful legal argument and evidence. Stephen has also appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, showing his ability to manage complex legal challenges at a high level.

Stephen’s experience also includes working on behalf of secured creditors and bankruptcy trustees. He represented them in both state and federal courts, gaining insight into the legal system from multiple perspectives. This past work allows him to understand better the challenges people face when dealing with bankruptcy and debt law.
