Stephanie Krane-Boehmer

Stephanie Krane-Boehmer is the founder of The Law Office of Stephanie Krane-Boehmer, PLLC, where she provides precise and reliable legal guidance to individuals and families across Michigan. With nearly two decades of experience as a solo attorney, she helps clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence in family law, bankruptcy, estate planning, and probate matters. Her practice is built on strong advocacy, practical solutions, and open communication at every stage of a case.

Ms. Krane-Boehmer began her education at Oakland Community College, where she earned an A.A. in Accounting. She continued her studies at Walsh College and later completed a B.B.A. in Business Management. She earned her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. This strong academic foundation in business, finance, and law supports her ability to analyze legal matters carefully and provide well-reasoned guidance.

Ms. Krane-Boehmer has represented clients in family law, bankruptcy, estate planning, probate administration and litigation, and guardianship and conservatorship matters throughout her legal career. Before opening her own practice, she gained hands-on experience working as a paralegal, which strengthened her understanding of legal procedure and client needs. She has been a member of the State Bar of Michigan since 2007 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Ms. Krane-Boehmer is known for helping people through often difficult life transitions. She works closely with clients to explain their options, protect their rights, and pursue outcomes that serve their best interests. Her mediation training, completed in 2004, allows her to explore effective resolutions when appropriate while remaining a strong advocate when litigation is required.

Stephanie Krane-Boehmer serves as an Adjunct Professor at Oakland Community College, teaching Business Law in addition to her legal practice. Her continued involvement in education and professional development reflects her commitment to informed, ethical, and client-focused legal service.
