Stefanie Zarych

Stefanie Zarych is a New Jersey criminal defense attorney who handles serious criminal and DWI/DUI matters. She has represented clients facing homicide, sexual assault, child abuse, drug distribution, theft, computer crimes, casino crimes, weapons offenses, traffic matters, and other criminal accusations. Her work focuses on protecting the rights of accused individuals and preparing cases that require close review of evidence, constitutional issues, negotiations, and courtroom strategy.

Zarych earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. While there, she volunteered with the Homeless Advocacy Project and won her first trial as a student in the Juvenile Justice Clinic. She previously graduated cum laude from Fairfield University in three years with majors in English and Religious Studies. Her academic record also included induction into Alpha Sigma Nu and other national honor societies.

Zarych has practiced criminal defense for many years and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2004. She has represented hundreds of clients in cases involving violent offenses, drug crimes, theft, computer and casino charges, weapons allegations, and DUI matters.
