Paul K. Schwartz

Paul K. Schwartz serves as Of Counsel to Watton Law Group, practicing out of the firm’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin office. With over four decades of legal experience, he specializes in bankruptcy and debt relief, helping clients overcome financial struggles and regain control of their futures. Paul earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1984. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University, completed in 1981. His background in accounting supports his ability to analyze complex financial matters and build sound legal strategies for clients facing overwhelming debt.

Throughout his career, Paul has represented both debtors and creditors, granting him a unique perspective on bankruptcy law. His prior work on the creditor side enables him to anticipate opposing tactics and more effectively advocate for individuals seeking protection through bankruptcy filings.
