Simon P. Etehad

Simon P. Etehad is the managing partner of Etehad Law in Beverly Hills, California. He represents plaintiffs in personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, civil litigation, and professional malpractice matters throughout Los Angeles County and California. His work includes automobile collisions, serious injuries, insurance disputes, and other claims involving negligence. He prepares cases for negotiated settlement, mediation, arbitration, and trial, building each matter around the medical record, available coverage, governing law, and specific facts.

Simon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from California State University, Northridge, in 1991. He received his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 1995, where he founded the Jewish Legal Society. His education developed a foundation in legal analysis, communication, and problem-solving that supports his careful evaluation of liability, damages, and the practical issues affecting each client’s case.

Simon has practiced in California since 1996 and is admitted before all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. His work spans more than two decades. His record includes an $11 million auto-collision jury verdict, a $5.04 million judgment, and a $1.802 million premises liability settlement. He also argued Ahdout v. Hekmatjah, a published California Court of Appeal decision addressing judicial review of arbitration awards involving statutory rights. His broader experience includes professional malpractice, breach of contract, fraud, and wrongful death matters.

Simon P. Etehad has been selected to Southern California Super Lawyers for 2015, 2016, and 2021 through 2027. He is a life member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and belongs to the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and Consumer Attorneys of California.
