Shannon Stein

Shannon Stein has built her reputation as a highly respected Family Law attorney through unwavering dedication and results-driven advocacy. For over two decades, she has guided clients across Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda, and surrounding counties, handling complex cases involving child custody, support, dissolutions, guardianships, and premarital agreements with integrity and care.

Shannon began her academic journey by earning her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego, followed by an M.A. from Brandeis University. She later obtained her J.D., Cum Laude, from Michigan State University College of Law in 2001. This strong academic foundation prepared her to enter the legal field with both analytical precision and deep empathy for her clients’ needs.

Shannon previously worked as an Associate at Hammer and Jacobs and at Sayar Fausto, LLP, two highly regarded Family Law firms. Drawing from that experience, she now provides comprehensive representation and offers flexible services, including mediation, consulting, and limited-scope representation. Her extensive practice includes high-asset cases, juvenile dependency, and step-parent adoptions, making her a trusted advocate in even the most sensitive family matters.
