Shane has represented clients in patent disputes involving pharmaceutical, mechanical, electrical, chemical, and computer technologies. His experience includes litigation in federal courts in California, Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, Texas, and Wisconsin, as well as appeals before the Federal Circuit and the Seventh Circuit. He has helped secure significant jury verdicts in patent, trade dress, and contract cases, including a nearly $17 million patent infringement verdict and a separate verdict exceeding $100 million.

Shane A. Brunner received the Western District of Wisconsin Pro Bono Service Award in 2010 and has served as Midwest Region Director of the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s Moot Court Competition. He has also served as the Intellectual Property Section liaison for the Seventh Circuit Bar Association.
