Seth J. MacArthur

Seth J. MacArthur serves as Managing Partner of the Personal Injury division at Shulman & Hill, overseeing complex litigation involving construction accidents, labor law claims, premises liability, and catastrophic motor vehicle cases. He directs high-stakes matters in state and federal courts, consistently advancing strong advocacy and meaningful client recoveries.

Seth earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University in 2000 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Political Science at SUNY Oneonta in 1994. He is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Seth has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s personal injury capabilities, positioning the practice among New York’s respected injury litigation groups. Through strategic leadership, he has strengthened the department’s infrastructure, enhanced case development processes, and reinforced a culture centered on thorough preparation and responsive client service.
