David B. Schleider

David Schleider is a Partner focused on Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation litigation. He represents injured individuals in complex matters, including Construction Accidents, and works to secure fair outcomes for his clients. He is known for combining strong legal advocacy with strategic leadership to improve both case outcomes and client service.

David earned a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, in 2012 from Boston University. He went on to receive his J.D. in 2015 from UCLA School of Law. While studying at UCLA, he served as Chief Business Manager / Articles Editor for the UCLA Entertainment Law Review, gaining valuable experience in legal writing and leadership.

David plays an important role in operational strategy and innovation. As Head of Legal Operations, he introduced technology tools and data-driven systems that improved real-time case tracking and streamlined internal workflows. His efforts strengthened overall efficiency and supported scalable growth, allowing for more organized and responsive case management.

David is admitted to practice in New York. His practice areas include Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Construction Accidents.
