Seth Gladstein

Seth Gladstein is a seasoned personal injury attorney who advocates for injured individuals throughout Louisville. Seth earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor in 1997. He received his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2001. His academic experience also included student government and a congressional internship in Washington, D.C., reflecting early leadership and civic engagement.

Seth began his legal career in New York City, where he practiced at one of the nation’s leading defense firms. He represented prominent healthcare institutions in complex litigation, developing sharp trial and negotiation skills. In 2005, he returned to Kentucky to continue his defense work at a major law firm before shifting his focus to personal injury law.

Seth founded the Gladstein Law Firm in 2011 to hold negligent parties accountable and help clients recover fair compensation. His background in defending corporations and hospitals gives him an edge when facing insurance companies and their legal teams, particularly in serious injury and wrongful death cases.

Seth is admitted to practice in Kentucky, Indiana, and New York, as well as in federal courts across Kentucky.
