Seth Bader

Seth Bader is the Founder and CEO of Bader Law. He has built a strong career focused on helping people who have been injured due to others’ negligence or work-related accidents. Since founding the firm in 2008, Seth has helped Bader Law achieve more than 10,000 successful case outcomes and recover over $350 million for clients throughout Georgia.

Seth earned his B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Muhlenberg College. He later received his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, where he was also a member of the Law Review.

Seth started his legal career on the insurance defense side, trying cases and managing thousands of claims for major insurance companies. That experience gave him an insider’s understanding of how insurers evaluate, negotiate, and fight injury claims. Driven to use that knowledge to help real people, he made the switch to representing injured victims. In 2008, he founded Bader Law to stand up for those hurt in accidents and protect their right to fair compensation.

Since starting his own firm, Seth has focused on standing up for individuals hurt in accidents. His deep understanding of insurance company strategies gives his clients valuable insight when dealing with insurance carriers. Seth works hard to make sure his clients receive strong representation and the compensation available to them under the law. His leadership and legal experience have helped Bader Law grow into a major Georgia injury law practice.

Seth Bader was admitted to the Georgia bar in 2003 and is licensed before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the National Trial Lawyers, and the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group. Through his work, Seth continues to advocate for injured people across the state.
