Seth Bader

Seth Bader is a respected injury lawyer and the founder of Bader Scott Injury Lawyers. He has built a strong career focused on helping people who have been injured due to others’ negligence or work-related accidents. With over a decade of experience, Seth has successfully represented more than 10,000 clients throughout Georgia, earning over $30 million in settlements.

Seth earned his B.A. in Political Science from Muhlenberg College. He later received his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, where he was also a member of the law review.

Seth started his legal career on the insurance defense side, trying cases and managing thousands of claims for major insurance companies. That experience gave him an insider’s understanding of how insurers evaluate, negotiate, and fight injury claims. Driven to use that knowledge to help real people, he made the switch to representing injured victims. In 2008, he founded Bader Scott Injury Lawyers (formerly Bader Law Firm) to stand up for those hurt in accidents and protect their right to fair compensation.

Since starting his own firm, Seth has focused entirely on standing up for individuals hurt in accidents. His deep understanding of insurance company strategies gives his clients a unique advantage. Seth works hard to make sure his clients get fair treatment and the compensation they deserve. His leadership and legal skills have helped his firm grow into one of Georgia’s trusted injury law practices.

Seth Bader is admitted to practice law in all Georgia Superior and State Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of Georgia.
