Based in the Philadelphia office, Seth focuses on complex commercial litigation, including class actions, arbitrations, and multi-district litigation. He represents businesses, executives, and individuals across various industries, providing strategic and results-driven advocacy in high-stakes legal matters.
Seth received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1999 and earned his B.A. from Temple University in 1994. His academic credentials, combined with his litigation insight, have fueled a distinguished legal career spanning over two decades.
Seth regularly appears in federal and state courts, arbitration forums, and before regulatory agencies such as the SEC, FDA, FTC, and various state Attorneys General and Departments of Health. His litigation experience includes cases involving antitrust, unfair competition, fiduciary duties, product liability, consumer fraud, contract breaches, and non-compete violations.
