Scott Rosenblum

Scott Rosenblum is the President and principal founding member of Rosenblum Schwartz Fry & Johnson. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, he is one of the nation’s most accomplished criminal defense attorneys. Mr. Rosenblum exclusively handles federal and state criminal defense, representing individuals and businesses in complex cases, including white collar crimes, murder, sex offenses, and major drug charges.

Mr. Rosenblum earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri in 1979. He obtained his J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1983, where he was on the Dean’s List and part of the Roger J. Trayner Appellate Advocacy Team.

Mr. Rosenblum has been admitted to the bars of Missouri and Illinois, along with numerous federal district and appellate courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. His courtroom experience is unmatched, having tried over 400 cases, including nearly 100 murder trials. He has argued appeals before every court in Missouri and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th, 7th, and 8th Circuits.

A Fellow of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, Mr. Rosenblum has earned numerous accolades. These include listings in Best Lawyers in America, Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers, and being voted Missouri’s “Best Lawyer to Call” for murder and DWI defense. He is also AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and a recipient of the Atticus Finch Award and Charles M. Shaw Trial Attorney Award.
