Scott M. Borene is the founder and managing attorney of Borene Law Firm, P.A., a nationally and internationally recognized immigration practice based in Minneapolis. With more than 35 years of experience, he represents clients worldwide in complex employment and business immigration matters. His work focuses on securing visas, green cards, and compliance solutions for professionals, researchers, health care providers, educators, executives, investors, and entrepreneurs.
Scott earned his A.B. in American History from Harvard University before receiving his J.D. from William Mitchell Law School. His education laid the foundation for a distinguished career dedicated to immigration law. Admitted to the Minnesota Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, he is also authorized by federal law to represent clients before all U.S. immigration courts and agencies.
Throughout his career, Scott has been repeatedly recognized as one of the top immigration lawyers in America and globally.
