Desiree Koger-Gustafson

Mrs. Desiree Koger-Gustafson is an experienced attorney and the CEO of Gustafson Law LLC, based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Licensed since 2009, she has built a strong reputation in immigration law and other areas of legal practice. Her expertise spans immigration, family law, business law, adoption, and compliance matters.

Mrs. Koger-Gustafson’s educational background is extensive and diverse. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Med/Biology from Ball State University in 1999, where she excelled as a Dean’s List student and scholarship recipient.

She continued her education with a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Health Administration from Indiana University–Purdue University at Fort Wayne in 2001. She later pursued her legal education at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2008.

In her legal career, Mrs. Koger-Gustafson has served in various roles, demonstrating her commitment to providing comprehensive legal services. Since founding Gustafson Law LLC in 2015, she has led the firm in addressing a wide range of client needs, including immigration, adoptions, estate closings, family law, and social security disability. Her work ensures that individuals and families receive the legal representation they need to navigate complex issues.

In addition to running her practice, Mrs. Koger-Gustafson has served as a Senior Immigration Attorney for Immigration for Couples, where she supported couples navigating immigration processes. Her experience as a Technical Assistance Attorney for World Relief further highlights her dedication to immigration law.

Beyond her legal practice, Mrs. Koger-Gustafson has shared her knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Trine University from 2012 to 2019, contributing to the education of future legal and health professionals.
