Scott L. Frost is a nationally recognized trial attorney with over two decades of experience representing victims of asbestos exposure, mesothelioma, benzene exposure, and defective medical devices. His legal career is driven by a commitment to hold corporations accountable and advocate for families harmed by toxic and unsafe products.

A cum laude graduate of Xavier University, Scott earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team. He is licensed in eight states, including California, Texas, and Washington, and is admitted to numerous U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeals across the country.

Before entering private practice, Scott served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps and was appointed as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, earning recognition for victim advocacy. He is a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College and is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs, further strengthening his service to veterans and affected families.

Scott has tried asbestos cases nationwide since 2000 and has earned industry accolades including repeated selections to the Southern California Super Lawyers list and Texas Rising Stars. He is a Diplomate Tier member of the AAJ Masters of Trial Law program and currently serves as co-chair of the American Association for Justice’s Asbestos Litigation Section.

Scott’s influence extends beyond the courtroom as a frequent speaker at major asbestos litigation conferences. He has also provided pro bono representation for asbestos removal projects in communities such as Fort Worth and St. Bernard Parish, reflecting his dedication to public justice.
