Scott Hollis

Scott Hollis is the founder of Hollis Legal Solutions, PLLC, and a nationally recognized attorney. With more than 25 years of experience, he represents individuals, families, and businesses in important legal matters. His work includes litigation, negotiation, and resolving complex legal issues across multiple areas of law.

Scott earned a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a B.A. from Mississippi State University. His education provided a strong legal foundation and prepared him to handle a wide range of cases involving both individuals and businesses.

Scott began his career at two of the South’s most prestigious law firms. During this time, he secured high-stakes trial verdicts in cases involving complex legal theories and detailed facts. This experience helped him develop strong courtroom skills and a clear approach to legal strategy.

Scott focuses on family law, business litigation, personal injury, and corporate contracts and transactions. He works with clients to understand their goals and provide options for resolving disputes. His approach includes both trial advocacy and negotiation to achieve practical outcomes.
