Scott D. Swanson

Scott D. Swanson is a registered patent attorney with a strong record of representing clients in intellectual property disputes and patent prosecution. Scott earned his B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Idaho in 2003 after attending Whitman College, followed by a J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law in 2007. He was admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that same year and has since expanded his admissions to several federal courts and appellate jurisdictions.

Scott’s professional focus includes patent and trademark prosecution, intellectual property litigation, and guidance on trademark searching and registration.
