Scott Andrew Fulks is the founder of Missiō Law in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, where he works with businesses, families, and individuals on immigration matters. His practice focuses on family-based immigration, asylum, humanitarian relief, employment authorization, and related immigration concerns. Scott uses bilingual skills, cultural awareness, and practical judgment to help clients understand their options and navigate a complex U.S. immigration system.
Scott earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2019. He also received a Th.M. in Historical Theology, magna cum laude, and an M.Div., cum laude, from Central Baptist Theological Seminary, along with a B.A., cum laude, from Northland International University. This academic background supports his careful legal analysis, client communication, and cross-cultural approach to immigration advocacy.
Before founding Missiō Law, Scott spent seven years starting and leading the immigration practice at Deckert Law in Maple Grove, Minnesota. During that time, he represented clients from more than 100 countries before USCIS, immigration courts, and related federal agencies. His experience includes asylum, family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, religious worker matters, employment authorization, and immigration guidance for individuals, families, and organizations.
Scott Andrew Fulks is admitted in Minnesota and before the US District Court for the District of Minnesota. He is active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Hennepin County Bar Association. His work includes publications, presentations, teaching as an adjunct professor of immigration law, and pro bono leadership, reflecting a steady commitment to immigrant communities and practical client service.
