About

Scott A. Levin is a partner at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP with a practice that includes bankruptcy and restructuring, commercial litigation, construction, creditors’ rights, recovery and collections, insurance disputes, and related real estate matters. He works from several firm offices, including Wilmington, and regularly appears in federal and state courts. His practice spans litigation from the beginning of a dispute through trial, settlement, arbitration, and mediation.

Scott earned a J.D. from New York Law School, where he served as an associate editor of the Law Review and was a member of the Journal of Human Rights. He earned a B.B.A. in Legal Studies from Temple University Fox School of Business. He is admitted in Delaware and several other states and federal courts, supporting a multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice.

Scott has handled complex recovery matters involving arbitration awards, bankruptcy proceedings, judgment enforcement, securities brokers, construction contractors, bonding companies, and real estate. His representative work includes pursuing multi-million-dollar judgments through state and bankruptcy courts, litigating adversary proceedings, obtaining non-dischargeability rulings, and enforcing commercial judgments. He also structures settlements designed to resolve disputes efficiently when litigation and collection issues overlap across several forums.

Scott A. Levin serves as vice chair of the American Bar Association Bankruptcy & Insolvency Committee and is active in several state and local bar organizations. Before joining Klehr Harrison, he was a partner at a national law firm. His practice combines litigation management, bankruptcy strategy, negotiation, and enforcement work, helping clients pursue recoveries and resolve disputes involving financially distressed parties, construction relationships, insurance issues, and other commercial conflicts.
