Scott A. Faultless

Scott A. Faultless is a founding member of Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC and a trial attorney focusing on personal injury and truck accident litigation in Indiana. He has built his career representing victims of negligence and holding wrongdoers accountable in state and federal courts throughout the Midwest. Scott’s work is defined by a commitment to compassion, client advocacy, and the pursuit of fair compensation for people whose lives have been disrupted by serious injuries.

Scott earned his B.A. from Indiana University in 1988 and went on to receive his J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 1991. Since his admission to the Indiana Bar, he has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. His academic background, combined with decades of courtroom experience, has prepared him to handle complex legal issues involving truck accidents, wrongful death, and other serious injury cases.
