Sarah Voss

Sarah Voss is the founder and managing attorney of Sarah Voss Law, PLLC, in Clearwater, Florida. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, and guardianship for individuals and families. She prepares wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, health care surrogate documents, and living wills. Voss also advises young families planning for minor children and older adults seeking to prepare for incapacity and preserve assets.

Voss earned her J.D. with Honors from Stetson University College of Law in 2020. She also holds a B.S. in Legal Studies with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. During law school, she completed a judicial externship in the Guardianship Division of Florida’s Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County. Her legal and business education supports her work with families making important decisions about property, care, and future planning.

Before becoming an attorney, Voss gained more than ten years of administrative experience in elder law, family law, construction litigation, and personal injury. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in November 2020. Today, she handles formal and summary probate administration, helps clients plan for the distribution of their estates, and assists with guardianship proceedings. Her background gives her familiarity with both the legal documents and practical steps involved in these matters.

Voss is a member of the Clearwater Bar Association and the Pinellas County chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She also participates in the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and Young Lawyers Section. Through her Clearwater practice, Sarah Voss helps clients understand their planning options, prepare necessary documents, and navigate probate or guardianship issues with clear, practical guidance.
