Samuel M. Schlein is a skilled trial lawyer focused on employment and civil rights litigation. Since beginning his legal career in 2014, he has represented individuals in cases involving discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, police misconduct, and prison conditions.
Sam received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. He continued his education at Capital University Law School, earning his J.D. magna cum laude in 2014. His academic excellence laid the foundation for a career rooted in legal precision and integrity.
Sam has taken cases to trial in both Federal and State Courts and has also presented oral arguments before the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
