Samuel D. Pratcher III has over a decade of experience representing injured clients in Delaware and New Jersey. He has handled thousands of cases involving auto accidents, workplace injuries, slip and falls, and medical negligence. Samuel began his academic journey at Salesianum High School before earning his B.S. with honors from Hampton University. He then obtained his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009. Admitted to practice in Delaware and New Jersey, he also holds admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Samuel previously worked with a regional defense firm where he represented insurance companies, gaining valuable insight into their legal tactics.
