Sally Kent Peebles is a partner in Vicente LLP’s Florida office based in Jacksonville. She focuses her practice on corporate law, commercial real estate, and regulatory matters. Sally earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. She also holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She is admitted to practice in Colorado and Florida, allowing her to support clients across different regulatory and business environments.

Sally has significant experience assisting clients with cannabis business license acquisitions in Florida, Colorado, and Oregon. Her work includes guiding clients through regulatory requirements and structuring transactions.
