Ryan Stampfle

Ryan Stampfle is a Myrtle Beach family law attorney and partner who helps clients through some of the most important legal issues affecting their families and futures. His practice focuses on divorce, child custody, and related family law matters. He also handles accident and injury cases and criminal defense matters. Ryan’s work is grounded in practical advocacy, problem solving, and a strong understanding of how legal disputes affect families.

Ryan earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University. His medical background gave him a strong foundation for understanding injury cases involving complex health issues. His legal education added the advocacy, analysis, and judgment needed to guide clients through family law disputes, criminal charges, and difficult personal transitions.

Ryan began his legal career as an accident and injury attorney, where his nursing background helped him evaluate medically complex claims. Over time, his practice moved more deeply into family law, including divorce and custody matters. He continues to assist clients with accident cases and criminal defense, while keeping family-focused representation at the center of his work. His experience helps clients address immediate legal problems while planning for long-term stability.

Ryan Stampfle is a member of the South Carolina Bar, Horry County Bar, and 4th Circuit Federal Bar. He is also a member of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. His community work includes serving as an attorney for the Horry County Volunteer Guardian ad Litem Program, serving on the Board of Directors for SOS Healthcare, and formerly serving on the Board of Directors for Horry County Heroes For Children.
