Jeffrey Pino is an Alabama attorney whose practice focuses on family law, divorce, child custody, estate planning, probate, and civil litigation. A fourth-generation attorney, he serves individuals and families throughout Shelby County, providing practical legal guidance and emphasizing strong attorney-client relationships. Mr. Pino earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama in 2002. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 2006. He was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 2007. He is also licensed to practice before the US District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Pino has represented clients in a wide range of domestic relations and civil matters since beginning his legal career. In addition to private practice, he served as a Referee for Judge Jim Kramer and Judge Erin Welborn from September 2022 through July 2023. He is also an active member of the Shelby County Bar Association and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, Young Lawyers Section.
