Ryan M. Long is a shareholder, director, senior vice president, and secretary at Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC in Burlington, Vermont. Before practicing in Vermont, Ryan worked at a large national law firm in Manhattan, where he handled complex commercial litigation involving private equity disputes, employee stock buybacks, class action defense, prospective litigation strategy, and employment law. His clients included large corporations, holding companies, and government agencies. His current work also includes bankruptcy matters, creditor issues, and business reorganizations, where he helps clients evaluate risks, negotiate resolutions, and navigate contested proceedings.

Ryan M. Long is active in the Vermont legal community and serves on the Vermont Bar Association Board of Managers. He has chaired the Young Lawyers Division and co-chairs the association’s Bankruptcy Section. Ryan has also served on bankruptcy rule task forces and provides pro bono counsel to asylum applicants.
