Ryan Kroll is a trial and appellate attorney at Solomon Saltsman & Jamieson, with experience across personal injury law, employment litigation, complex business litigation, administrative law, and gaming law. His practice extends to land use, wrongful death, insurance disputes, contract disputes, and governmental matters. He has logged hundreds of hours representing clients in civil trials and administrative hearings. His work includes appearances before state agencies, planning commissions, and city councils.
Ryan earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida. He completed a Master of Accounting at the University of Florida Fischer School of Accounting. He later earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, he served on the Florida Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
Ryan has represented plaintiffs and defendants in wrongful death, personal injury, employment, insurance, business, and contract disputes. His gaming practice includes advising startup operations about compliance with state and federal gaming laws. He has substantial knowledge of Indian law and has participated in tribal compact negotiations with California’s governor. His litigation experience includes significant trial judgments and appellate victories before California appellate courts and the Ninth Circuit. He has earned Rising Star recognition from Oregon and Southern California Super Lawyers.
Ryan Kroll is admitted to practice in California, Oregon, Washington, and New Mexico. His federal admissions include several U.S. district courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a Florida-licensed Certified Public Accountant, adding financial knowledge to his business and commercial litigation work. His background combines courtroom advocacy, appellate experience, regulatory representation, and financial training across a diverse civil practice.
