Ryan Huntley

Ryan Huntley is the Managing Attorney at Riders Law Group, where he focuses on helping accident victims pursue compensation after serious injuries. He has represented more than 1,000 clients in personal injury matters, including motorcycle accidents, car accidents, truck accidents, and wrongful death claims.

Ryan earned a B.S. in Biology from Francis Marion University, graduating summa cum laude in May 2006. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in December 2010. During law school, he also served as a legislative intern for a United States Senator.

Ryan began his legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable William H. Seals, Jr. of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit. After completing his clerkship, he joined David Aylor Law Offices in April 2013 and later launched the firm’s personal injury practice in 2015.

Ryan has handled a wide range of injury cases involving motorcycle accidents, car accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, dog bites, slip and fall injuries, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and mass transit accidents. His work quickly earned recognition, including the Post & Courier’s award for “Best Personal Injury Attorney” in 2018.

Ryan is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a prestigious national organization limited to attorneys who have secured million-dollar verdicts and settlements. His results include significant recoveries for injured clients, including settlements exceeding $1,000,000.

Ryan Huntley is admitted to practice in South Carolina and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. He is also an active member of the South Carolina Bar, the Charleston County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Association for Justice.
